SHIPPING METHOD:

SHIPPING FEES:

ORDER TRACKING:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently ship to a selection of overseas destinations. Note that customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or other expenses associated with foreign orders. RETURN AND EXCHANGE TERMS

RETURNS:

Returns are clearly not applicable on any sale items. Moreover for general returns, within seven days after your purchase, you may return any unworn, unwashed, and unaffected products if you're not entirely happy. The returned item must be accompanied by its original tags and packing. Send an email to anothersect@gmail.com with your order number and the justification for the return to start the return process. You can ship the items back to us using the pre-paid return label.Within 5-7 business days of receiving your return, we may complete your reimbursement based on your terms and conditions. 

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are clearly not applicable on any sale items. Moreover for general exchanges, we are more than willing to assist you with exchanges because we recognize that you may sometimes need a different size or color. Send an email to anothersect@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the size/color you would like to receive in order to start the exchange process. To send the item back to us, you will send a pre-paid return label, and we may send you the replacement item as soon as it is available.

Please be aware that we only accept unworn, unwashed, and unaffected products for exchange. The exchange must have all original tags and packing. We may give you a refund if the item you want to exchange is out of stock based on our terms and conditions. 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

Please write us right away at [insert email address] with pictures of the item and a description of the problem if your item turns out to be defective or wrong when it arrives. We'll do anything in our capacity to fix the issue and provide you a replacement or a refund.
