The craft story

The intricate handwork takes over 48 hours to complete, making each piece truly one-of-a-kind. What you are looking at required one artisan to place every element by hand.

The self-embossed Jacquard fabric was selected for its weight and structure, perfect for holding the detailed appliqué and embroidery without buckling or shifting.

Each piece of appliqué is cut and placed by hand before being stitched down with no machine replication. The irregularities are proof that a person made this, not a machine.

The embroidery process requires precision and intention. There is no margin for error, and every stitch is considered. This is why it takes time and why every piece is different.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE TERMS


 


We strive tirelessly to make sure that your products arrive promptly and safely as part of our commitment to giving you a pleasurable shopping experience. Consequently, we provide the following shipping guidelines


RETURNS:


Returns are clearly not applicable on any sale items. Moreover for general returns, within seven days after your purchase, you may return any unworn, unwashed, and unaffected products if you're not entirely happy. The returned item must be accompanied by its original tags and packing. Send an email to contact@anothersect.com with your order number and the justification for the return to start the return process. You can ship the items back to us using the pre-paid return label. Within 5-7 business days of receiving your return, we may complete your reimbursement based on your terms and conditions. 


EXCHANGES:


Exchanges are clearly not applicable on any sale items. Moreover for general exchanges, we are more than willing to assist you with exchanges because we recognize that you may sometimes need a different size or color. Send an email to contact@anothersect.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the size/color you would like to receive in order to start the exchange process. To send the item back to us, you will send a pre-paid return label, and we may send you the replacement item as soon as it is available.


Please be aware that we only accept unworn, unwashed, and unaffected products for exchange. The exchange must have all original tags and packing. We may give you a refund if the item you want to exchange is out of stock based on our terms and conditions. 


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:


Please write us right away at contact@anothersect.com with pictures of the item and a description of the problem if your item turns out to be defective or wrong when it arrives. We'll do anything in our capacity to fix the issue and provide you a replacement or a refund.

Every piece leaves Rahim Yar Khan made for you.

Your order is crafted over 12–15 days. Each piece takes 22 to 48 hours of handwork depending 
on complexity, then dispatched directly from our atelier.

Pakistan: 15–20 days (PKR 350 · free over PKR 10,000)
