SECTION A: GENERAL POLICY (OUTSIDE EU/EEA)

All Another Sect pieces are custom embroidered and handcrafted to order by artisans in Rahim Yar Khan. Because each item is made specifically for your order once it's placed, we're unable to offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges — but we stand fully behind the quality of every piece.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Since our products are custom-made after you order, all sales are final except in cases of damage, defect, or a fulfillment error on our part. This is standard practice for made-to-order and personalised goods.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days at contact@anothersect.com with photos and a description. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  Sale items

REFUNDS

Once we approve a damage/defect/error claim, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@anothersect.com.

SECTION B: EU/EEA CUSTOMER POLICY

This section applies to customers located in the European Union or European Economic Area (EU/EEA). EU consumer law takes precedence over Section A where there is any conflict.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM ORDERS

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. As every Another Sect piece is custom embroidered and made to order for you, this exception applies to all our products. This means the standard 14-day cooling-off period is not available for change-of-mind cancellations once production has begun.

  ℹ️  We will always inform you clearly of this before you complete your purchase.

2-YEAR LEGAL GUARANTEE (STILL APPLIES)

This exception to the right of withdrawal does not affect your mandatory 2-year legal guarantee. All goods sold to EU/EEA customers remain covered from the delivery date. If your item is defective, not as described, or does not function as intended, you are entitled to:

  Free repair or replacement

• 
  

  A full or partial refund if repair/replacement is impossible or takes unreasonably long

Defects appearing within the first year of delivery are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery — the burden of proof is on us. In some EU member states this reversed burden extends to 2 years.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@anothersect.com with photos and a description. We will arrange a free repair, replacement, or full/partial refund as appropriate, including return shipping costs.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER BEFORE PRODUCTION BEGINS

Because pieces are made to order, if you need to cancel or change your order, contact us at contact@anothersect.com as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we will cancel and refund in full. Once embroidery/production has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled or withdrawn under the custom-goods exception above.

From June 2026, in line with Directive (EU) 2023/2673, you may also use the 'Cancel My Contract' function on our website where applicable.

REFUNDS

Upon approval of a damage/defect/error claim or pre-production cancellation:

  Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days

• 
  

  Refunds cannot be substituted with store credit or vouchers without your explicit consent

• 
  

  Original standard delivery charges are refunded where applicable

Your order is crafted over 12–15 days. Each piece takes 22 to 48 hours of handwork depending
on complexity, then dispatched directly from our atelier.

Pakistan: 15–20 days (PKR 350 · free over PKR 10,000)
